Ingredients

2 pieces Naan Bread
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder, Divided
¾ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-½ cup Pre-packed Salad ( Baby Arugula, Spinach And Red Chard)
1 whole Lemon, Juiced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Place naan on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over naan. Sprinkle half of the garlic powder on the naan. Spread half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on each naan. Broil until cheese is melted and edges are browned, about 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl toss the salad greens with lemon juice, pepper, salt and the remaining half of the garlic powder.

When pizzas are done remove pan from oven. Place salad on pizza and slice into quarters. Serve and enjoy!
