Ingredients:
1. 12 slices of bacon
2. 2 T. brown sugar
3. 2-3 bell peppers, chopped
4. ½ C. pepperidge farm
5. 2 large onions, chopped stuffing
6. 3-28 oz. cans diced tomatoes
7. Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Saute bacon until browned- remove from pan, crumble and set aside. In 2-3 T. of bacon
fat, saute pepper and onions. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook very slowly until
thick and dark. Add brown sugar and bacon. Stir, place in casserole dish. Top with
stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
