Ingredients:
1. 3 large baking potatoes
2. 1 c. Hungry Jack flaked
3. 1 large white onion potatoes
4. 1 stick butter
5. 2-1/2 c. 2% milk
Method:
Quarter 3 potatoes. Add 1 layer of 1 onion over the potatoes. Cook 20 minutes. Add stick
of butter, whisk up and down. Add 1 cup flaked potatoes. Add milk and stir. Cook until
done.
