Ingredients:
1. 2 tins (2x 425g) Bean mix, drained (e.g. Four
Bean Mix or red kidney beans,
2. Chickpeas, broad beans and
green beans)
3. 1 tsp sugar
4. 1 onion or spring onion
5. ¼ cup French dressing or vinaigrette
Method:
1. Finely chop onion or spring onion.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
and chill in fridge before serving.
3. Serve as a salad with a main meal or
with bread.
