Ingredients:

1. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
2. 1 onion, roughly chopped
3. 150ml white wine
4. 200ml chicken stock
5. Handful tarragon leaves
6. 6 tbsp creme franchise
7. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method:

1. Set the timer to 2 minutes, turn the Soup Maker to
simmer and saute the onion for 1-2 minutes until
starting to soften.
2. Add the wine and continue cooking for another 1 minute
to reduce a little.
3. Add the stock, tarragon, Creme franchise and mustard
and continue cooking for another 1 minute stirring
occasionally using the stir function.
4. Blend until smooth, season to taste.
