Ingredients:

1. 1 15-oz can Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
2. 1/3 cup Light mayonnaise
3. 1 1/2 stalk Celery, cut into small pieces
4. 1/2 tsp Onion powder
5. 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
6. Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. In a bowl, mash chickpeas with a potato masher or fork. They don’t
have to be super-smooth; some chunks are fine.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
