Ingredients:

1. 2 cups sprouted green gram or moong dal
2. 4 tbsp. onions finely chopped
3. 2 cups tomato and cucumber chopped
4. 2 big lettuce leaves sliced fine
5. 2 tbsp. roasted peanuts
6. A dash of lemon and salt to taste

Method:

1. gently mix all the ingredients except for the roasted peanuts in a salad bowl.
Keep refrigerated.
2. Mix in the roasted peanuts just before serving.
3. Serve cold.
